Active Listening Massage - 60 minutes
Service Description
This type of massage combines my skills as a touch therapist with over 10 years of experience working in therapeutic talking services including for Rethink Mental Illness, Samaritans and Cruse Bereavement Care. You will experience and receive the full benefits of a relaxing massage, along with the benefit of being able to confidentially express how you are feeling and to talk about what is on your mind, free from judgement or expectations. The 60 minute session will allow you to talk at your own pace while I ask open questions that will you support you in expressing your feelings and thoughts.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance (‘no shows’) are charged at 100% of the session fee as your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and cannot usually be filled at short notice • Please cancel as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to attend • Exceptions for late cancellations due to illness, weather or unforeseen circumstances cannot be made as this time has already been allocated to you • If you live with a long-term or fluctuating health condition, we can agree in advance on a case-by-case basis how cancellations will be handled • An invoice for any late cancellation or ‘no show’ fee will be sent by email, and payment is requested within 7 days by bank transfer • Payment for any missed sessions must be received before new appointments can be booked • Please respect our agreed appointment time and duration • If you arrive late or need to leave early, this is completely fine, though sessions cannot be extended or time added to future appointments
