Service Description
For anyone curious about touch but feeling unsure, anxious, or new to bodywork. We begin with a conversation about what's bringing you here and any boundaries you'd like me to know about from the outset. From there, we move entirely at your pace – fully clothed if you prefer, or starting with something simple like a hand or foot massage. Both oil-based and dry massage options are available, and nothing happens that you haven't agreed to first. This isn't about arriving at answers in one session. Connecting with your body's felt sense is a skill that develops gradually, and this session is simply a gentle first step, not a destination. Please note that embodiment looks different for everyone, and that we can embody many different things. This is a gentle first step towards listening to what is present in your body and what it might need or want. I may offer invitational prompts to explore sensations and emotions that arise, though there's no right or wrong way to respond to them.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance (‘no shows’) are charged at 100% of the session fee as your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and cannot usually be filled at short notice • Please cancel as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to attend • Exceptions for late cancellations due to illness, weather or unforeseen circumstances cannot be made as this time has already been allocated to you • If you live with a long-term or fluctuating health condition, we can agree in advance on a case-by-case basis how cancellations will be handled • An invoice for any late cancellation or ‘no show’ fee will be sent by email, and payment is requested within 7 days by bank transfer • Payment for any missed sessions must be received before new appointments can be booked • Please respect our agreed appointment time and duration • If you arrive late or need to leave early, this is completely fine, though sessions cannot be extended or time added to future appointments
